Automatic control of the drainage process

The massage unit to be drained controls the opening of the drainage flap and the speed of the drainage belt and removal belt. In this way, an optimal, safe product flow is reached during drainage, depending on the recipe.

Drainage belt

The drainage belt can be moved on rollers and is positioned between the MAX massage unit and the removal belt in order to connect the two components. The intelligent control unit detects the position and releases the drainage process.

Removal belt

The removal belt is used to connect the drainage belt to a drainage tank.
